The aim is change of formal and informal structures, processes, work, skills and performance of people, and application of new technologies. Organizational development is used as an overall framework for permanent organizational change and is related to change management and innovation implementation. Organizational development is a purposeful process of change that aims to create an organizational environment for a prosperous knowledge organization. Therefore, it is important to look at the organization from different perspectives that we can visualize in the form of organization models. Visualization of organizational models helps to determine what is possible and purposeful to change directly in the organization and what is no longer possible. In engineering, this is an image simplified by organizations.
