AB The paper deals with robot, which locomotes inside chimney for cleaning and inspection purposes. Carbon particles are in sediments on inner chimney wall. Chimney has to be periodically cleaned and inspected because of fire risk. Paper introduces concept of service robot for this application. Tracked locomotion has been selected as principle of locomotion inside chimney.
