The practical importance of virtual machining is primarily the reduction of financial costs and acceleration of machine design without the need to produce a physical prototype. Using simulation models, it is possible to repeatedly analyze the weaknesses of machine construction, to identify the impacts of individual machine components on their properties and to optimize them, but also to take account of ergonomic and other requirements.
