AB Companies exist or are created mainly because of the achievement of one or more strategic goals. To ensure continued success, they should monitor its performance with respect to them. In practice the performance of a company is often evaluated by estimating its performance indicators. This paper discusses the company's performance management cycle and production performance evaluation system, which is based on the internal processes of an industrial company.
