AB  - The article is focused on business crisis and the restructuralization of the companies. The business crisis is an inherent part of company's life cycle. The economic, technical, social, environmental and others problems occur in every company soon or later. According the statistics, each company achieves crises approximately every five years. Article is discussed about reasons of business crisis and the restructuralization process, which can improved the financial indicators of the company.
