AB  - Physical model of electromagnetic field interaction with a food product of an arbitrary form placed into a cavity super-high frequency chamber is substantiated. Physically correct equations for engineering analysis of electromagnetic field strength and density of the internal heat sources during microwave treatment of food products of an arbitrary form are received.
